We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the product, the packaging should be intact, and the product should have no traces of use.

- You are responsible for the packaging until it is received by us, so it is recommended to use registered and traceable services.

- We will confirm that the package is intact and has no signs of use, and begin the refunding process.
- Our refunds will take 7-14 days to process, and an email will be sent to you when the refund is complete.

For returns, please note that DEVILCASE will not be responsible for paying any customs fees, which may include, but are not limited to brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will not be covered.
